Scope of project:

Merrimack is one of Fidelity’s largest office complexes, with over 500,000 sq. ft. of office space, cafeteria, stock trader’s space, and computer centers in multiple buildings. Work included a complete renovation of an existing facility and the installation of lighting, power, data, emergency power generation, and Liebert UPS systems.

Key project details:

We performed the first phase as a competitive bid and were selected to negotiate the final two phases, as the customer was so pleased with our performance. Project was performed on an accelerated schedule, with multiple crew shifts, and met all customer deadlines. Facility included multiple large generator installations including automated transfer system and synchronizing.
