RESEARCH

Engineers make site visits and listen to a client’s goal, problem, or dream to determine a project’s scope and constraints; e.g. financial concerns, time frame, equipment preferences, availability of support systems (power, communications, etc). A team is assembled and proposal is submitted; including electrical, mechanical, structural, civil, and architectural professionals/scopes as required.

DEVELOP

Engineers and construction professionals select equipment and products; working with multiple vendors to maximize value and features. During each step the client is integrally involved in what features, layout, and equipment details best suits their needs; our team helps them evaluate every option. Design documents are then prepared for construction; including drawings, specifications, and building information models.

REVIEW

Client and internal QA/QC reviews are completed by engineers and construction professionals; including feasibility studies, cost estimates, code compliance, permitting, and more. The team is able to address and resolve conflicts prior to construction.

BUILD

Engineers obtain required approvals through local zoning, planning, permitting, and inspectors. Construction professionals purchase and install all material, equipment, and systems. Clients are trained on operation and maintenance requirements of their equipment and systems.

MAINTAIN

Engineers and construction professionals provide post-construction support and maintenance services.
