Linda Richardson

Linda Richardson, President

As president and owner of Richardson Electrical Company, Linda oversees strategic planning, financial relationships, and business development. With her financial and marketing background, she has expanded business opportunities into new markets, including broadening our Design+Build expertise and increasing our involvement in renewable energy markets. Linda’s emphasis on project safety and superior workmanship continues to raise our customers’ expectations of the electrical construction industry. In 2012, under Linda’s leadership, our team was honored by the SBA as Region 1 Subcontractor of the Year. Linda holds a B.S. in business administration from the University of Maine, Orono.

Karen Averill

Karen Averill, Controller

As controller, Karen oversees all payables and receivables and maintains company accounting records. With over 20 years experience, she has the ability to work with vendors to ensure that our customers have the best terms on which to develop their projects. She is well versed in the unique documentation and filing requirements of the private and public construction industries, including certified payroll (Davis-Bacon Act) and AIA billings.

Anthony Vellotti

Anthony Vellotti, Senior Project Manager

As senior project manager, Tony oversees field personnel, job progress, scheduling, and budget management. His background, in both electrical construction and design, has ranged from small wastewater pumping stations to multi-million dollar hospital renovations, as well as co-generation plants, substation replacements, and airports. With over 30 years of experience in the electrical industry, Tony is able to provide collaborative forecasting to resolve issues early on and ensure every project’s success. Tony holds an A.S. in electrical engineering.

Vaughan Richardson II, CQM

Vaughan Richardson II, CQM, VP - Operations

As vice president of operations, Vaughan oversees estimating, sales, construction operations, and business development. Vaughan’s design and physical construction expertise, as an electrical engineer and journeyman electrician, has enabled Richardson Electrical Company to be one of the first in New England, providing complete Design+Build services. Following the 115-year tradition of superior performance and customer focus started by his grandfather, Vaughan embraces the principle that projects are most successful when mutually supportive team members work together to realize and achieve the client’s goals. Vaughan holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Maine, Orono, and journeyman electrician’s licenses in Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts.
